Access Bars is a gentle hands-on therapy that involves the gentle touch on 32 points on the head (bars) which correlate to different aspects of our lives. Scientific studies have been conducted to measure the biophotonic energy of the body and changes to that energy . The energy measures taken in one of the studies were accomplished through the use of the technology known as Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV). A white paper on this was produced by Jeffrey L. Fannin, Ph.D. The findings are very interesting and show that significant positive changes in brain activity occurred within the subjects.

What happens in a session
The Access Bars treatment that consists of light touch to various points on the head which relaxes the mind and body, clears mind clutter and aims to provide more ease & joy in your wellbeing. This supports mindfulness and produces quick results.
Sessions start with a therapeutic meditation/gentle hypnotherapy to help you relax into the session and work on desired outcomes. This can be to simply relax , release stress or unwanted feelings, regain control over pain, cut ties to the past and much more. There is a list of meditations to choose from- see below.
These meditations/gentle hypnotherapy usually take 20 minutes which is followed by the amazing Access Bars. if you would prefer not to include a mediation, that’s absolutely fine. just let me know.
