What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy that is known for deep relaxation, stress reduction, anxiety relief, pain management & natural healing as well as many other benefits. Most feel great peace and experience a deep inner calm.
Reiki works on the energy system like acupuncture. Although Reiki provides the body with energy to balance & clear the energy system.
Life force energy (Ki) flows through the body and causes us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki activates the body’s healing ability and works on a physical, mental, spiritual and emotional level. This therapy is safe and gentle.
